In an attempt to minimise disruption & inconvenience to the local Toowoomba community please find below an outline of the setup, event & pack down schedule for Easterfest 2010 in Queens Park.

Monday March 22
- 7am - official Easterfest booking of Queens Park begins
- First infrastructure will start to be setup
- Pedestrian access through the park will only be restricted by specific infrastructure but due care should be taken by all members of the public
Tuesday March 23
- Construction of lower festival site fencing begins but regular gaps will be left including all major pathways for easy pedestrian access
Wednesday March 24
- From 7pm - Lower festival site will be completely closed to the public from dusk to dawn
- General pedestrian traffic across the festival site will be restricted for the safety of the general public, signage will indicate alternate routes
- The concrete footpath running from the corner of Chalk Dr & Hume St to Lindsay St will be open during daylight hours but pedestrians will be restricted to the footpath only
- The concrete footpath around the top of the Frog's Hollow amphitheatre will be inaccessible 24 hours per day in the vicinity of the amphitheatre
- All other paths will be open to pedestrian traffic
Friday March 26
- From 7pm - Lower festival site will be completely closed to the public at all times
- The concrete footpath running from Chalk Dr to Lindsay St will be inaccessible 24 hours per day from Chalk Dr to the toilet block in the middle of Queens Park
- Signage will indicate alternate pedestrian routes
Tuesday March 30
- Construction of outer festival site & campground fence begins but regular gaps will be left including major pathways for easy pedestrian access
- Lower festival site will remain closed to public access
Wednesday March 31
- From 7pm - Outer festival fence will be closed to all free public access for the duration of the event - the top oval at Lindsay St & a large portion of the 'dog off leash' area near the end of Godsall St plus both playground areas in Queens Park will remain outside the Easterfest fenceline
Thursday April 1
- From 10am - Campers start arriving at Queens Park
- 10am to 8pm - Limited amplified noise for the purpose of system checks
Friday April 2 - Sunday April 4
- 8am to midnight - Festival gates open for ticketed public entry
- 8am to midnight - Indoor amplified music
- Midday to 10pm - Outdoor amplified music
Monday April 5
- All campers to have left Queens Park by midday
- From midday - begin dismantling outer festival fence
- Lower festival site still closed to public access but unrestricted pedestrian access to outer festival site
Tuesday April 6
- From 7am - Restricted access available to general pedestrian traffic across the festival site, signage will indicate alternate routes
- The concrete footpath running from the corner of Chalk Dr & Hume St to Lindsay St will be open during daylight hours but pedestrians will be restricted to the footpath only

* Please note that any variation to this planned schedule due to weather or other uncontrollable factors will be made in consultation with & approval from Toowoomba Regional Council
