WHAT PART OF EASTERFEST IS FREE?
Some parts of Easterfest do not require tickets including the Bible Society Combined Church Service on Sunday night, entry into the SU Cafe, and entry into the Street Festival. This year, you will need a ticket if you wish to enter the Epicentre or YWAM Chai Circle. Ticket holders will always enjoy priority entry into venues. The only way to enjoy Easterfest’s show rides is by purchasing a 3-day or single day pass.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The official stuff!
- Changes to your personal circumstances do not entitle you to a refund or exchange of your ticket(s) BUT you may legally sell your ticket to someone else.
- Easterfest maintains a no-refund policy. This policy includes the following scenarios:
-If your ticket has been lost or stolen (so keep it safe!)
-If you choose not to attend the event
-If your ticket has been dishonestly duplicated or altered
-If Easterfest 09 does not meet your expectations
-If the event or any part of it is cancelled due to adverse weather
- Easterfest reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who produces a ticket that has been dishonestly duplicated or altered.
- Easterfest reserves the right to:
-add, withdraw or substitute artists and attractions
-vary advertised programs, seating arrangements and audience capacity without notice and
-refuse admission with reasonable cause without notice.
- Alcohol and non-prescription drugs are not permitted at Easterfest venues or within the confines of the Easterfest site.
- If any part of the Easterfest is cancelled due to adverse weather or for any other reasonable cause beyond Easterfest’s control, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged and Easterfest is not obliged to arrange a substitute service, event or performance.
- Unfortunately if you lose your e-ticket or forget to bring it to Easterfest you will need to try and purchase a new ticket at the box office.
- All ticket sales are offered subject to availability.
- Easterfest may record the festival with photographs, audio and video. We retain the right to use this material for future promotional purposes.
- Animals are not permitted at the venue so you’ll have to tell Fifi and Spot what they missed when you get home!
- The Easterfest site is a no smoking site, including all venues, eating and drinking areas and the Queen’s Park camp site. If you do wish to smoke you will be asked to leave the site area.
- Armbands are not transferable.
- Broken armbands will be replaced at the Information desk inside the Grand Central Entry Pavilion at a cost of $5 each. But remember, your armband is your entry ticket. Losing your ticket doesn’t entitle you to a refund or replacement. No old armband = no new armband.
- If you purchase a family ticket, all members of your family must be at the Box Office exchange area together when you present your ticket.
